Product Description
Cast-in copper heater use a tubular electric heating element as heating body,
then bending forming, into the mold with high quality metal alloy material for shell in
centrifugal cast into various shapes, round, flat, rectangular, outer air-cooled, inner
air-cooled, water-cooled and other special-shaped etc. After finishing,the surface of
the cast-in aluminum heater is very smooth,no casting defects.The cast-in copper
heater surface loading is 1-5W / cm², the working temperature is about 600 ºC,It is
a kind of high efficiency and heat uniformity of the heater, thermal conductivity, excellent
metal alloy, ensure the hot surface temperature uniformity,reducing the temperature
difference between surface of device. With long life, good insulation property,
mechanical property, corrosion resistance,magnetic resistance etc.With the
insulation device in the radiating surface, which can save electricity by 30%
